Timothy J. Koziol,  email

Chief Executive Officer / Founder

Mr. Koziol is the CEO of Fortress Environmental Services, LLC, (FES) a salt water disposal well enterprise with additional oilfield services components. He has consulted with small cap companies on expansion, capital markets, M&A, and strategic planning, including a top 300 internet commerce site and developed a strategic plan for growth and an exit path. He also consulted a waste water facility servicing the oil & gas sector developing strategies for a multi-site greenfield roll out of similar facilities. Previously he began the restructuring and refinance of a private environmental services company, HES. In the turnaround process, Mr. Koziol implemented accounting controls and systems to monitor the day-to-day financial position of the company, changed operational policies to improve efficiencies, and implemented new sales and marketing programs to increase revenue. Mr. Koziol drove the growth from $2 million to $35 million in 6 years through the development and growth of underutilized acquired assets. Prior to the environmental services company, Mr. Koziol was a principal of Fortress Funding, Inc., an asset based lending company, where he was responsible for business development and underwriting. Mr. Koziol was also a principal in Global Vantage, Ltd., an investment banking firm located in Newport Beach. Prior to his work in the financial services industry, Mr. Koziol managed a marketing consulting firm for national and regional clients. As a project manager Mr. Koziol built a division for Waste Management, Inc. in their hazardous waste arena in the Western Region. He has a BA from Wheaton College in Speech Communications and a MA (Magma Cum Laude) from the Wheaton Graduate School in Mass Communications.

Elliot B. Reiff,  email

CFO

Mr. Reiff has over 30 years of finance, investment banking and senior management experience. Mr. Reiff was a Founder and Managing Principal of TVA Capital, a FINRA registered Broker Dealer investment bank providing advisory services and access to the capital markets. TVA Capital was responsible for the structuring and raising capital for a variety of projects in the oil and gas niche and advised early stage companies seeking equity, debt and bridge capital through private placements. Mr. Reiff served as COO and CFO for 12 years at Geneva Companies, a $150mm provider of M&A services to privately owned businesses. He was Supervising Principal and FINOP of Geneva’s BD, supervising over 75 registered reps executing $1+ billion of transactions annually in all industries throughout the U.S. Mr. Reiff held senior positions at the NJ and PA Housing Finance Agencies with responsibility for bond financing, multifamily underwriting, credit enhancement vehicles and restructurings. Mr. Reiff received a Master’s of Regional Planning from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from CCNY.

Brett M. Clark,  email

EVP Finance & Administration

Mr. Clark is the EVP for Finance and Administration for Fortress Environmental Services, LLC. Prior to joining FES, Mr. Clark served as the Chief Financial Officer for GEM Mobile Treatment Services from 2009 to 2014. GEM Mobile served the oil services industry in California, Louisiana and Texas performing services at refineries and terminals. GEM Mobile was majority owned by Sterling Partners, an equity group based in Chicago managing over a billion dollars in assets. Prior to joining GEM Mobile, Mr. Clark was the C.F.O. for General Environmental Management, Inc., a publicly held environmental services company and Dayrunner, Inc., a privately held consumer products distribution company where he was responsible for the restructuring of the finance, information technology, and accounting functions in the company’s turnaround. Mr. Clark has been the C.F.O. for Tru Circle Corporation, Adams Rite Aerospace, Inc. and Chapman University. Mr. Clark has also held positions as Group Controller for Fleetwood Enterprises, a publicly traded Fortune 500 manufacturing company and Corporate Controller and Assistant Secretary for Aircal, Inc., a publicly traded airline. Prior to work in publicly traded firms and private enterprises, Mr. Clark worked for Deloitte, an international public accounting firm. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California and became a C.P.A. in the State of California in 1975.

James W. Casparie,  email

Founder / Director

Mr. Casparie began his affiliation with the oil and gas industry when he began work for ROKY Operating, LLC (a Texas-based oil and gas developer) in 2006. At that time, ROKY became a client of TVA Capital, LLC where Mr. Casparie was a Founder and Managing Principal. Over the next five years, Mr. Casparie and Mr. Parsons of ROKY developed a close working relationship as they funded several projects in the oil and gas industry and one precious metals mine. Collectively, their investments have provided high returns for their clients. In 2011, Mr. Casparie retired from his broker-dealer to devote his time to working with Mr. Parsons to support their previous projects and to seek out new projects to fund. He is well known in the investment community as having developed several due diligence processes for screening investments and has written numerous articles for such publications as Forbes and Entrepreneur magazine. He has served on many boards including such entities as: St. Joseph’s Hospital, The Forum for Corporate Director’s, Tech Coast Venture Network and many others. Mr. Casparie holds an MBA from Pepperdine University in Business Administration.

Mr. Michael A. Parsons,  email

Founder / Director

Mr. Parsons has been involved in the oil and gas development business since 1994, when he formed KYRO, Inc., a California oil & gas company, a predecessor company to ROKY. KYRO’s business model was to participate in “Industry Deals” with various Independent Oil & Gas Operators under industry terms by purchasing non-operated direct working interests in these operators’ prospects. In 2004, Mr. Parsons invested in his first Salt Water Disposal Well which has paid back his investors many times over the years. Mr. Parsons has had continued success in the oil and gas development business having worked with numerous operators to find and develop in excess of 250 wells. Prior to getting involved in the oil and gas development business, Mr. Parsons worked as a financial planner specializing in tax planning for his clients since 1975. He has held N.A.S.D. Securities, Real Estate, and Insurance licenses in California and has been a general partner in numerous; real estate, energy, and tax shelter limited partnerships over this timeframe.
